Martignetti Real Estate is pleased to announce the lease of 15,000 square feet of retail space at 335 Washington Street, Woburn to Apna Bazar, a premium food market featuring an extensive selection of Indian and ethnic produce and groceries.

Apna Bazar joins Staples and another soon-to-be-announced tenant at 335 Washington Street, bringing the center to full occupancy. Martignetti has provided a number of capital improvements to the property and site including a new parking lot, granite curbing, landscape, lighting and stormwater system improvements. Martignetti plans to also complete the remainder of façade upgrades in coordination with current and existing tenants.

335 Washington Street is well-located at the I-93 and I-95 interchange in Woburn and is central to a strong commercial base of office, retail, flex and R&D tenants.
