Martignetti Real Estate is a full service real estate investment firm headquartered in Woburn, Massachusetts with more than four decades of experience. Martignetti is focused on the acquisition, development and management of a growing portfolio of office, lab, retail, flex and industrial properties in Greater Boston.
Acquisition
We actively seek new acquisitions across all commercial property types. Our focus is on value-add opportunities that require local expertise, market knowledge and capital investment for proper re-positioning.
Development
Each project requires a different scope and level of complexity. We are experienced in all aspects of development - land acquisition and permitting, ground up construction, extensive building envelope and site redevelopment, mechanical systems (MEPF) and tenant fit ups.
Leasing
Martignetti Real Estate handles leasing in-house with some assignments handled in partnership with the landlord representative brokerage community. We enjoy working with tenant representative brokers each and every day to get their clients the perfect space. We value each and every lease opportunity and tenant relationship, from sole proprietors to international firms.
Property Management
Tenant satisfaction does not start or end at the execution of a lease. We work with prospective tenants from the first contact and property tour, through the design process and lease signing to foster an efficient and professional relationship. Upon occupancy, tenants take note that the management team is very active in maintaining properties and servicing tenant needs. There is immeasurable value in knowing that there is a personal interest in providing satisfactory services to all tenant requests, whether small or large.
