Martignetti Real Estate and our leasing staff welcome all brokers to tour tenants at our properties. The leasing staff is readily available to meet your clients, tour the properties, provide property information and floor plans. We will work to make the entire process from tour through occupancy very efficient and comfortable.
We welcome all brokerage introductions, meetings and learning about opportunities with new brokers. We also work to maintain our existing relationships with many of Greater Boston's firms and groups by providing updated listings and property information through our website, emails and subscribed listing databases CoStar and Loopnet.
Commissions for executed leases at our properties are structured based on a full commission for the participating broker.
